Unfortunately, we are not able to offer all packages at all venues.

We are not able to accommodate name changes or the sale of your VIP package to another fan.

We are not able to accommodate transfers to a different show.

You will not receive a physical ticket. You will receive an email a few days before the show with instructions on your particular package and you just have to check-in when you get to the venue.
